These Claimed Page & Chapter Pro Partner Terms (the "Partner Terms") apply when you verify, claim, manage, or upgrade a chapter, Panhellenic, or organization page on Rushbelle ("your Page"), including any purchase of Chapter Pro or other paid features. They are in addition to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and User Agreement, which continue to apply. If there is a conflict about your Page or the materials you submit for it, these Partner Terms control. By verifying a Page, upgrading it, or submitting materials for it, you accept these Partner Terms on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent.
You may verify or claim a Page only if you are a current officer, advisor, or other authorized representative of that chapter, Panhellenic council, or organization, and you are authorized to act for it for the purposes described here. You represent and warrant that this is true, that the information you give us (including your name, role, and official email) is accurate, and that you have the authority to enter into these Partner Terms and to grant the rights below on behalf of the organization. If you lose that authority (for example, you graduate, leave office, or leave the school), you agree to tell us and to help transfer or wind down the Page.
"Partner Content" means anything you submit, upload, or provide for your Page, including the organization's name, Greek letters and letter combinations, nicknames, crest, badge, seal, insignia, logos, monograms, colors, mascots, slogans, descriptions and other text, and photographs, images, and other media.
You grant Rushbelle a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, format, and distribute the Partner Content in the Service and in Rushbelle's marketing and promotion of the Service, for as long as your Page is active plus a reasonable period afterward for backups, caching, and records. This license lets your Page and its features work as intended. It does not transfer ownership: as between you and Rushbelle, you (or the organization you represent) keep all rights you already hold in the Partner Content, and Rushbelle keeps all rights in the Service.
For all Partner Content you submit, you represent and warrant that: (a) you own it or have obtained all rights, licenses, consents, and permissions needed to submit it and to grant the license in Section 3; (b) submitting it and letting Rushbelle display it does not and will not infringe or violate any third party's intellectual-property, trademark, copyright, publicity, or privacy rights, or any agreement or organizational rule; (c) if any Partner Content includes trademarks, insignia, or copyrighted material owned or controlled by a national or inter/national organization, headquarters, licensor, or licensing agent, you are authorized by that owner to submit it and to grant the license in Section 3, or you have obtained the necessary license or permission; and (d) any photographs you submit were taken and are shared with the permission of the people in them and anyone who holds rights in the image, and do not depict a minor without the consent of a parent or guardian. Rushbelle relies on these representations and does not independently verify ownership of the Partner Content.
Verifying or upgrading a Page does not make you or your organization a partner, agent, or endorser of Rushbelle, and does not make Rushbelle affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any organization, national headquarters, Panhellenic council, or school. Rushbelle remains an independent service, and identification of an organization by name or letters is for identification and research only.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and the organization you represent agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rushbelle and its officers, employees, contractors, and partners from and against any claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) the Partner Content; (b) your verification, claim, management, or upgrade of a Page; (c) any breach of these Partner Terms or of the representations and warranties in Sections 1 and 4; or (d) any claim that the Partner Content infringes or violates the rights of any third party, including intellectual-property, trademark, copyright, publicity, or privacy rights. This is in addition to the indemnification in our Terms of Service. Rushbelle may assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, and you agree to cooperate.
Rushbelle may remove, disable, or decline to display any Partner Content, or unclaim, suspend, or remove any Page, at any time and for any reason, including if we receive a complaint or believe content may infringe someone's rights or breach these Partner Terms — with or without notice, and without liability to you. If you (or the rightful owner of any name, insignia, logo, or image) want Partner Content removed, contact us at support@rushbelle.com and we will act on valid requests promptly. Factual accuracy corrections to your Page are never a paid feature; these Partner Terms govern the trademarks, logos, insignia, and media you choose to add.
Chapter Pro and other paid upgrades are billed as described at checkout (currently on rushbelle.com). Paid features add promotion and presentation; they do not change your obligations or representations under these Partner Terms, and they do not buy the right to submit materials you are not authorized to submit. Fees, renewals, and cancellations are governed by the terms shown at purchase.
If your Page lets you enter costs, dues, fees, housing details, payment plans, scholarships, or other facts about your chapter, including any optional costs beyond dues, you represent that what you enter is accurate, current for the term you state, and that you are authorized to publish it for your organization. Rushbelle shows these figures as provided by your chapter, labeled as entered by a verified officer, and does not verify, audit, or guarantee them. You agree to update or remove any figure that changes or becomes inaccurate, and you are responsible for these figures under Sections 4 and 6. Rushbelle may remove any figure at any time. Correcting Rushbelle's own published information about your chapter is never a paid feature.
We may update these Partner Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and may ask you to accept the updated version the next time you manage your Page. Continuing to keep a Page verified or upgraded after changes take effect means you accept the updated Partner Terms.
