This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your license to install and use the Rushbelle application. By downloading or using the app, you agree to this Agreement, together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use one copy of the Rushbelle app on devices you own or control, solely for your own non-commercial use, in accordance with this Agreement and the app store's rules.
You may not: copy, modify, or create derivative works of the app; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble it except where the law expressly permits; rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense it; remove proprietary notices; or use the app to build a competing product. The app, its design, and the Rushbelle name and logo remain our property and that of our licensors.
We may release updates, bug fixes, and new features from time to time. This Agreement covers those updates unless they come with separate terms. Some updates may be required for the app to keep working properly.
Your use of the app is also subject to the terms of the app store you downloaded it from (such as the Apple App Store or Google Play). If this Agreement conflicts with those store terms, the store terms control to the extent of the conflict for that store.
This license stays in effect until terminated. It ends automatically if you breach it. You can end it by deleting the app and your account. On termination, you must stop using the app and remove it from your devices.
The app is licensed "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for damages arising from your use of the app, consistent with the disclaimers and limitations in our Terms of Service.
