These Terms govern your use of the Rushbelle websites at app.rushbelle.com and legal.rushbelle.com (the “Sites”). By using the Sites, you agree to them. The Rushbelle app is covered by the App Terms of Service.
The Sites describe Rushbelle LLC, the Rushbelle app, and the Rushbelle Shop, and publish our policies. The Sites do not sell anything or take payments.
The Sites describe what the Rushbelle app does. Chapter and Rush information in the app comes from official sources and can change; always confirm with your campus Panhellenic. Rushbelle is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Panhellenic Conference or any sorority. Screens shown are examples from the app and may change.
“Rushbelle,” the Rushbelle logo and crest, the RB monogram, and the content and designs on the Sites are owned by Rushbelle LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without our written permission. Greek letters and organization names belong to their respective owners and appear only to identify them.
Use the Sites lawfully. Do not try to disrupt, damage, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorized access to the Sites or their systems.
The Sites are provided “as is” and “as available” for general information. We do not promise they will be uninterrupted or without errors.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rushbelle LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Sites or any site you reach through them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes are resolved as described in the dispute-resolution section of the App Terms of Service, including individual arbitration with the American Arbitration Association, the small-claims exception, and your right to opt out within 30 days.
If you believe content on the Sites infringes your copyright, send a notice with the information required by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)) to support@rushbelle.com, as described in the App Terms of Service.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rushbelle LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Sites or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.
